OUR PROGRAM
The Saint Cloud Waterfront Warriors is a youth run club focused on building endurance, mental toughness, and proper running habits through safe, structured group runs in a supportive team environment.

Overview
The Saint Cloud Waterfront Warriors meet three times a week at the Saint Cloud Lakefront for structured and coached group runs. All levels of fitness and experience are welcome as the distance, pace, and focus of each run is personalized for each runner.
One Monthly 5k Race
Each month, our runners will compete in a local 5k race selected by the coaches. Registration is a separate fee that depends on the race. Participation is encouraged but not required.


Tuesday Morning Easy Run
6:30 AM
This relaxed, conversational-pace run focuses on aerobic development and proper running habits. Easy runs help runners build endurance, reduce injury risk, and improve speed over time without overloading young bodies. Ideal for all levels.
Wednesday Speed Session
5PM
Our after-school speed workouts introduce structured intervals, pacing awareness, and running efficiency. Coaches guide runners through personalized pacing plans based on ability and goals. This session helps runners develop confidence at faster speeds while staying safe and supported.

Saturday Long Run Challenge
8 AM
Our signature challenge day where runners build endurance and earn progression milestones.

Shoreline Spartan Challenge – 1.8 miles
A fun and achievable long run designed for newer runners and younger athletes building confidence.

Waterfront Warrior Challenge – 4 miles in under 44 Minutes
A strong endurance test for developing runners ready to push their limits while maintaining good pacing and form.

Harbor Titan Challenge – 7 miles in under 77 Minutes
Our elite long-run challenge for advanced runners. This run rewards discipline, consistency, and mental toughness — a true test for our strongest Waterfront Warriors.
