OUR PROGRAM

The Saint Cloud Waterfront Warriors is a youth fitness club with an emphasis on Cardio. Train for local 5ks, build overall endurance for other sports, and even take part in our Basketball program!

Overview

The Saint Cloud Waterfront Warriors meet three times a week at the Saint Cloud Lakefront for structured group runs and HIT workouts. All levels of fitness and experience are welcome as the distance, pace, and focus of each run is personalized for each runner. 

Once a week, there will be a Basketball workshop at Narcoossee Middle School on Thursday from 5-8pm.

One Monthly 5k Race

Each month, our athletes will compete in a local 5k race selected by the coaches. Registration is a separate fee that depends on the race. Participation is not required, but it is strongly encouraged. Go out and compete! Show those skills!

Saturday Long Run Challenge
9:30 AM

 

Our signature challenge day where runners build endurance and earn progression milestones.

  1. Shoreline Spartan Challenge – 1.8 miles

    A fun and achievable long run designed for newer runners and younger athletes building confidence.

  2. Waterfront Warrior Challenge – 4 miles in under 44 Minutes

    A strong endurance test for developing runners ready to push their limits while maintaining good pacing and form.

  3. Harbor Titan Challenge – 7 miles in under 77 Minutes

    Our elite long-run challenge for advanced runners. This run rewards discipline, consistency, and mental toughness — a true test for our strongest Waterfront Warriors.

Basketball Workshop

The three hour weekly basketball workshop focuses on sharpening basketball fundamentals and improving everyone's overall game.
