5/30 Saturday Long run at Lake Front 9:30am-11am

Starting June:
Monday: HIIT Workout from 6-7pm
Wednesday: Speed Workout from 6pm-7pm
Thursday: Basketball Workshop from 5-8pm. 
Saturday: Long Run at 9:30am-11am.
